Dual Frequency Oscillator (DFO) +5V

THIS VERSION IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE PLAYSTATION 1

Replace the oscillator of your console to either have a proper PAL or NTSC signal or fix the vertical Refresh rate of the video.

It works like this:

This PCB store two frequencies, and you can switch between them with the S0 input by changing its state: High (+5v) or Low (Ground).

You can select 3 plateforms (Saturn has variant depending of your installation):

S0 = high => 53.693175 MHz (=15x NTSC subcarrier)
S1 = low => 53.203425 MHz (=12x PAL subcarrier)

S0 = high => 24 MHz (Vertical Refresh Rate = 59.94Hz)
S1 = low => 24.305909760 MHz (Vertical Refresh Rate = 59.1856Hz // Original Frequence)

S0 = high => 14.31818 MHz (=4x NTSC subcarrier)
S1 = low => 17.734475 MHz (=4x PAL subcarrier)

S0 = high => 14.31818 MHz (=4x NTSC subcarrier)
S1 = low => 14.22148... MHz
